Jason Hamilton — CPP, Vice President & Managing PartnerAs ALERT continued to grow, it was clear the company needed further solid leadership talent to continue on its quest to be the “security provider of choice” in Sarasota and throughout Florida. As a result, Jason was recruited and added to the leadership of the company in 2006. Mr. Hamilton exhibits the excellent background, education, leadership and management style needed to achieve ALERT’s long term goals.

In early 2010, ALERT leadership identified the need for a detail oriented point person to coordinate all support activities for our field operational team of Account Managers and Security Officers. With this need in mind, Natalie was hired and added to the ALERT corporate office team to handle all office and employee support functions for all of ALERT’s branch offices.

Jerry Cushing —Branch Manager, SarasotaJerry joined the ALERT team in 2008 and was quickly promoted to an Account Manager after realizing his talent and background was well suited to a management role. Preparing for and anticipating further growth, the Operations Manager position was created for the Sarasota Branch in late 2008 and Jerry was promoted into this new position after an outstanding job as an Account Manager.
During his time as Operations Manager, Jerry excelled at controlling labor expenses and providing excellent customer service. He did this through efficient scheduling, officer training and ongoing quality assurance inspections. Rob Hurth — Branch Manager, Fort MyersIn mid 2007, Rob was brought into the ALERT team and promoted to Branch Manager for Sarasota after showcasing his exceptional business management and customer service skills. In 2009, as ALERT opened a new branch in Fort Myers, Rob was chosen to lead and develop this branch from the ground up. As Branch Manager for Fort Myers, Mr. Hurth reports to Jason Hamilton, CPP and has responsibility for the overall operation of both static security and patrol services throughout Lee, Collier and parts of Charlotte County that include Punta Gorda & south. This includes direct supervision & mentorship of his branch field management team: Operations Manager, Account Managers and Patrol Manager.
