In early 2010, ALERT leadership identified the need for a detail oriented point person to coordinate all support activities for our field operational team of Account Managers and Security Officers. With this need in mind, Natalie was hired and added to the ALERT corporate office team to handle all office and employee support functions for all of ALERT’s branch offices.
As our Human Resources Specialist, Mrs. Steele reports to Jason Hamilton, CPP and has responsibility for coordinating the complete hiring process. This process includes the starting point of initial contact with an applicant, the application process and continues all the way through the final post hire process and equipment issuance. Natalie is also responsible for coordinating field equipment requirements, our foundational orientation training and Officer Certification Program training across the entire company.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia, where she attended as a Hope Scholarship recipient for all four years of her undergraduate study. Natalie also made the Dean’s List on a number of occasions while attending the university.
Mrs. Steele has an extensive background in human resources and business management. She further has an outstanding working knowledge and experience with a multitude of office support & productivity software. Her experience includes her position as Operations Manager with a plumbing services contractor, where she honed her skills over a 10 year period and started her learning process from the ground up.
